2. Log in to “Vasa” app.
3. On the bottom menu, choose “My Account.”
4. Click “cancel” or “Pause” plan.
5. Fill out your personal information. It will help to locate the account.
6. Confirm that the name and account number at the top of the screen are correct.
7. Choose the “Service” that you want to cancel. Once, you click on it, the amount due for final charges will appear on your screen.

Note: Provide barcode, (located on your key tag or on our app under the “card” icon at the bottom), date of birth, and zip code to finalize the cancellation.

How To Cancel Vasa Fitness Membership Via Email?
Email is yet another method of canceling your Vasa membership. You can drop an email at businessmemberships@vasafitness.com. And request them to cancel your membership.
All you need to do is write down a detailed email and send it to the given address. Make sure you write down the necessary details required to complete the cancellation process. You will get a reply from the Vasa team confirming the cancellation of your membership.
Important: The terms of membership are 30-day notice for cancellation. You have to clear all the due that are due. Any payments set to draft in the next 30 days are owed per the signed agreement.
There is a $25 cancellation fee owed if you are canceling within the first 6 months for Basic, Fitness, and VASA Fit/STUDIO Memberships. Payments will be processed to finalize your cancellation.
